Stickers are the cheapest square inches of branding you can buy: they ride on packaging, laptops, windows, jars and handouts long after a flyer is recycled. We print them in Montreal in-house, from short test runs to volume rolls for packaging lines.
Individual stickers are what you hand out, drop into orders and sell as merchandise. They can be cut to any shape that follows your artwork.
Roll labels are for application at speed: product packaging, jars, boxes and mailers. If someone on your line applies labels all day, rolls are the format that keeps up.
Not sure which fits? Tell us how the sticker gets applied and we will spec the format around that instead of making you guess.
Squares, circles, rounded rectangles, ovals, and full custom shapes cut to your artwork's outline. Custom-shaped stickers read as merchandise rather than packaging, which is why they get kept and stuck instead of binned.
| Use | Format that fits |
|---|---|
| Product and jar labels | Roll labels |
| Packaging and box seals | Roll labels |
| Order inserts and thank-you stickers | Singles, custom shape |
| Merch and giveaways | Singles, custom shape |
| Windows and equipment | Singles, larger sizes |
If the file is not print-ready, our in-house design services can fix or rebuild it.
Most small jobs run 2 to 7 business days depending on the production speed selected, and rush service is available. Production starts once you approve the online proof provided on every order. We ship throughout Canada and the United States, with ground shipping free on orders over $200.
Can you cut stickers to a custom shape? Yes. Stickers can be cut to follow the outline of your artwork rather than being limited to squares and circles.
Should I order roll labels or individual stickers? Rolls suit product packaging lines and anywhere labels are applied quickly in volume. Individual stickers suit handouts, packaging inserts and merchandise.
Is there a minimum order for stickers? There is no large minimum on most products. Short runs for a product test and volume runs for packaging lines are both normal work.
How fast can you print stickers? Most small jobs run 2 to 7 business days depending on the speed selected, and rush service is available.
How should I set up my sticker file? Supply CMYK artwork at 300 DPI with 0.125 inch bleed and fonts converted to outlines, as PDF, JPEG, TIFF or EPS. For custom shapes, include the cut line as a separate outline if you have one, or we can build it from your artwork.
Do you ship sticker orders outside Montreal? Yes. We ship throughout Canada and the United States, with destinations beyond North America handled by special request.
