Custom printed 10x10 event tent with full color canopy set up at an outdoor market

About our custom event tents

Our 10x10 ft event tents are built for businesses that show up outdoors all season long. Each tent pairs a commercial-grade aluminum frame, available with 40mm or 50mm poles, with a dye-sublimated canopy that carries your branding in vivid, weather-resistant full color. Because the ink is infused directly into the fabric through sublimation, your graphics resist cracking, peeling, and fading far better than surface-printed alternatives.

Every tent ships from our Montreal shop with a wheeled carrying bag, so one person can roll the whole kit from the parking lot to the booth space. Optional full back walls, printed on one or both sides, and half walls let you close off your space, block wind, and add even more visible branding. First Press ships across Canada, with free ground shipping on orders over $200.

Popular uses

Custom tents are the anchor of any outdoor presence: music festivals and street fairs, weekly farmers markets, outdoor trade shows and job fairs, sports tournaments, brewery and food vendor booths, and community fundraisers. Real estate teams and contractors also use them as branded shelters at open houses and on job sites, where a recognizable canopy doubles as advertising visible from a block away.

Tips for choosing your options

Frame first: the 40mm aluminum frame suits occasional use such as a few weekend events per season, while the 50mm frame is the workhorse we recommend for vendors who set up weekly or leave the tent standing for multi-day festivals.

Walls are about context. A full back wall gives you a clean branded backdrop for photos and blocks wind and low sun; choose double sided printing if people will walk behind your booth. Half walls keep air flowing while creating a counter-height barrier for sampling tables.

For artwork, build your files in CMYK with 0.125 in bleed on all sides. Because canopy panels are large format, 100 to 150 dpi at full size is typically sufficient; vector logos will always print the sharpest on the peaks and valances.

Frequently asked questions

Can the tent handle wind and rain?

The canopy fabric is weather resistant and fine in light rain, and the aluminum frame is engineered for outdoor use. In gusty conditions we recommend anchoring every leg with weight bags or stakes, and taking the canopy down in sustained high winds, as you would with any event tent.

Should I get a tent or just a banner for my booth?

If your event is outdoors, the tent is usually the better first purchase: it provides shelter, a defined footprint, and branding visible from every direction. A banner or flag is a great companion for sidewalk visibility, but it will not keep your products or staff out of the sun and rain.

Can I print a different design on each side of the canopy?

Yes. Each of the four valances and peak panels can carry distinct artwork, so many customers put their logo on all peaks and rotate messages, social handles, or product photos around the valances.

How do I store the tent between events?

Let the canopy dry completely before packing it to prevent mildew, then store everything in the included wheeled bag in a dry space. The canopy detaches from the frame, so you can also wash it gently with mild soap and water.

How should I set up and upload my artwork?

Always supply a print-ready PDF with at least 1/8 inch (0.125 in) of bleed on every side and crop marks included, built in CMYK. Keep important text and logos at least 1/8 inch inside the trim line so nothing is cut off. If you are not sure how to export it that way, our file preparation guide walks through the exact settings for Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Word. Prefer to design it yourself? Use the personalization option in the upload section to build your artwork right on the page before you order.
