We print trade show displays in Montreal for exhibitors who need a booth that survives the season, packs down for travel and arrives on time. Backdrops, banners, flags, tablecloths and tents are all produced in-house on our wide format equipment.

If you are outfitting a booth for the first time, the section below covers what each piece does so you are not buying hardware you do not need.

Sizing and how large graphics are produced

We print up to 60 inches wide on a single piece. Anything larger, including full backdrop walls, is produced by tiling or seaming panels together. For fabric backdrops this is invisible in normal viewing conditions because the panels are sewn rather than overlapped.

Before ordering, confirm your booth's exact dimensions with the show organiser. Height restrictions vary between venues, and a backdrop that is legal at one show can be over the limit at another.

Lead time

Most small jobs run 2 to 7 business days depending on the production speed selected, and rush service is available on many products.

For a complete booth we recommend starting two to three weeks before the show. That leaves room for a proof round, production, and shipping to the venue without paying for rush on every piece. Turnaround begins once the proof is approved.

Artwork setup

  • CMYK colour, 300 DPI effective resolution
  • 0.125 in bleed on all trimmed edges
  • Fonts converted to outlines
  • PDF, JPEG, TIFF or EPS
  • Keep critical text and logos well inside the trim, especially on fabric graphics that wrap a frame
  • Large format artwork can be supplied at reduced scale as long as proportions and effective resolution are correct

Not sure your file will hold up at full size? Our in-house design services can rebuild artwork for large format rather than stretching a small file.

Reusing your booth

Frames and hardware are built to be reused. In most cases the next campaign only needs a reprinted graphic, not new hardware, which is the single biggest cost saving available to a regular exhibitor. Fabric graphics can be washed and re-stretched.

Shipping to the show

We ship throughout Canada and the United States, and displays can be sent directly to the venue or show contractor rather than routed back through your office. Destinations beyond North America are handled by special request.

Frequently asked questions

What is a tension fabric wall? A tension fabric wall is a lightweight aluminium frame with a printed fabric graphic stretched over it, creating a large seamless backdrop. The graphic zips off for washing and packs flat, which makes it the most travel-friendly large display.

How far in advance should I order a trade show booth? Most small jobs run 2 to 7 business days depending on the speed selected, and rush service is available. For a full booth we recommend ordering two to three weeks out so there is room for a proof round and shipping.

What is the largest graphic you can print? We print up to 60 inches wide on a single piece. Larger graphics are produced by tiling or seaming panels together, which is how full backdrop walls are made.

Are your displays reusable? Yes. Frames for tension fabric walls, roll-up banners and tents are built to be reused. In most cases you can reprint only the graphic for a new campaign and keep the hardware.

Do you print custom tablecloths? Yes. We produce custom printed tablecloths along with roll-up banners, feather flags, tents and other trade show items.

How should I set up artwork for a large display? Supply CMYK artwork at 300 DPI with 0.125 inch bleed and fonts converted to outlines, as PDF, JPEG, TIFF or EPS. Large format artwork may be supplied at a reduced scale as long as the proportions and effective resolution are correct.

Can you ship a booth directly to the venue? Yes. We ship throughout Canada and the United States, and displays can be sent directly to a venue or show contractor rather than back to your office.
